With belief & empowerment given by the organisation I started learning this new industry very Fast. Within a year was been awarded with Best CS team award in 2017 and again followed the same in 2018. With gaining confidence & understanding of the industry, started working on many innovative concepts which helped customer & organisation. Hi I joined Lindstrom on September 2016, prior to this I was working with ITC Ltd. The reason I quit my previous esteemed organisation was that I wanted to come out of my comfort zone and learn something new and do something challenging. I started my journey with Lindstrom in March 2010 as a Sales Representative based at Mumbai. I soon climbed up the growth ladder and undertook multiple roles such as: Area Sales Manager in 2012, Sales Manager in 2014 and now a Business Manager in 2017.
It is rightly said “with great freedom comes great responsibility”. Lindstrom demonstrates this culture and gives opportunities to its employees to work in a free environment respecting fellow colleagues. I have been associated with Lindstrom since 2013 and this is my successful fifth year in my career.
I have and experience in textile industry and have worked in diverse types of textile industries such as Spinning, Weaving , Knitting and Garmenting units.
Lindstrom Business model (Work wear Rental service ) is a very new and unique idea and this attracted me to join this organization.
I have been fortunate to receive the right guidance, coaching and mentoring from senior colleagues. This has helped me to grow immensely in the personal and professional front. Lindstrom has imparted knowledge on how to achieve results with full dedication towards your work, overcoming challenges like a warrior and learning the management and leadership skills.
