Financial responsibility
The financial profitability and growth of the operations are a prerequisite for the company to be able to take care of its staff’s welfare, maintain and even add to the number of staff, to make its payments to society and other cooperation partners according to contractual agreements and to carry responsibility for the development of environmental matters. A company must also bear its responsibility for the shareholders investments by paying compensation to them in the form of dividends.
