What do we offer our trainees?
We offer trainees a 12 month programme to get them fully acquainted with Lindström’s business and processes. We want to provide our trainees with ability and skills for various managerial or expert-level tasks in sales and account management, for example, after the one-year training period has successfully been completed. We offer trainees permanent contracts after a successful trainee period and are willing to invest in their growth.
During this 12 month programme we offer trainees training and on-the-job experience in two different countries: in Finland, and one chosen subsidiary in Europe or Asia. During the time spent abroad Lindström will pay for accommodation and other extra costs (flights, insurances, etc.). Trainees will have their own individual mentors to guide them through the programme as well as local mentor in the countries they will be staying.
What we expect from our trainee candidates?
We want to hire the best possible talent to ensure our growth in the future. We expect trainees to have a university level degree, preferably in economics. Relevant work experience is not a requirement but they may possess 1-2 years of experience after graduation. Fluency in English and Finnish is a must in this programme.
We expect our trainees to be active, enthusiastic and target oriented individuals who enjoy team work and have high potential in management and leadership skills. They should have drive and willingness for success and constantly learning new things. Ability to work in a changing environment is also a must. We expect our trainees, as all the employees at Lindström, to work according to company values and to have a genuine respect for others.
All in all, we want to find great future talents with suitable educational background, ambition and most importantly, the personality required.
