What is Lindström trainee programme?

Lindström Trainee programme is designed to prepare our next generation of managers and leaders with an emphasis on account management and client relations. We are looking for recent university graduates to join our company and ensure our future growth. Completing successfully this programme is a strong base for our trainees’ first management position at Lindström. The purpose of the programme is to let our trainees get familiar with Lindström’s business units and support functions. The trainees will develop the management skills they will need in their future roles with both formal training and on-the-job experience. We also expect our trainees to develop business awareness, and the role played by each function in the overall business.

The trainee programme will start in February 2012 and the duration of the programme is 12 months. The trainee period will also include an internship period in one of the subsidiaries in Europe or Asia. Each trainee will also have their own mentor to guide them through the programme.
