Trainee

Are you a recent graduate or nearing the end of your studies? Lindström regularly arranges a trainee programme for recent graduates and those nearing the end of their studies, designed to prepare the next generation of internationally and future-oriented key players. The most recent trainee programme was launched at the beginning of 2012 in Finland.
 
At present, trainee programmes are offered in Finland, Russia, India and China.
 
During the 12-month programme, trainees become familiar with Lindström's operations by participating in diverse roles, units and fields ranging from textile care to customer service, in different countries. The development of trainees is monitored regularly. Trainees have their own mentors to provide assistance in challenging situations.
