Until now, the Nordic countries’ hotel sector has experienced slow growth. Especially in Sweden the sector is experiencing growth, there is also more demand for textile services.
“We have had steady growth in Sweden and we now need to make investments and decisions regarding future capacity”, says Managing Director Anders Bonnevier from Comforta AB in Sweden.
“We have decided to invest in new operations. The new service centres, including laundry and client services are going to be opened in central Stockholm and Malmö during year 2011. We are also going to employ some 25 people after these investments”, he states.
Comforta AB was founded in 2006 and operates today in all areas of Sweden servicing over 100 hotels all around Sweden. The first Comforta laundry was established in Vaggeryd, close to Jönnköping in 2006.
The washing and service processes of Comforta are focused to be environmentally sound business. The company has updated its Nordic Swan sign—a certificate for environmentally sound operations.
“We have the ambition to grow together with the clients and at the same time offer our clients an even better service”, states Bonnevier.
